What is your annual property tax on your property?

Is your property specially assessed?

Is your property in tax deferral?

The Buyers Agent Commission is commonly referred to as "BAC". The typical BAC for the average home ranges between 2.5% and 3.0%. On properties under $150,000 and vacant land the BAC is usually higher. Frequently homes over a million dollars are 2.0% to 2.5%. It is very rare to see commissions under 2%. The commission amount is entirely your decision and should be based on the amount of incentive you would like to give Buyers Agents if they can successfully sell your home. The only RMLS requirement is that you must offer a commission to be listed in their database.

Enter the commission percentage or dollar amount you want to offer to a Buyers Agent that successfully sells your home. The typical Buyers Agent Commission is between 2.5% to 3%.

Cannot be zero
You can offer a percentage or dollar amount. You cannot offer zero Buyers Agent Commission.

Is this a Short Sale? A short sale is a sale of real estate in which the proceeds from the sale fall short of the balance owed on a loan secured by the property sold.

Seller accepted offer; Submitted for bank approval.

Sale requires approval of 3rd party due to pending Foreclosure, Relocation or Bank Trustee, etc.

Select yes if this home is a foreclosure and is owned by a bank, also known as a REO.
