After purchasing a Washington Flat Fee MLS listing package, you can expect the following:

• You will receive an email with instructions on how to set up your MLS listing.
• Pre-printed Premier Trust Realty® signs or lock-boxes will be shipped within three business days via FedEx.
• Custom Premier Trust Realty® signs will be shipped within five business days after the listing is activated.
• Once you complete the listing process, your home will be added to the Multiple Listing Service.
• You will have the opportunity to review your MLS listing for accuracy and make any necessary changes.
• Your Realtor.com® listing will be active within 24 hours.
• Listings on other websites may take an additional 2-7 days to be posted.

Please note that the owner's contact information cannot be displayed on the Public MLS data, but your contact information and showing instructions will be available to all Realtors®.
